The rain always enhances the natural colour, the saturation, and it's obvious here with the rich feel. Perhaps it was a windy day as well, the trees on the edge all leaning slightly to the left. A kind of melancholy beauty, with only the sound of the rain....

this is a great rural setting and another fine display of lat autumn season... i really feel the six days of continuous rain amanating from this scene... the darker, greyish tones underline this mood very well...
